By accessing or using MendMemory, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
2. Use of the Service
MendMemory is a cognitive wellness platform providing brain training games for adults. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose and in a lawful manner. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the service
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
- Use the platform in a way that could harm other users or disrupt the service
- Provide false information when creating an account
3. Accounts
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at mendmemory@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or remain inactive for an extended period.
4. Purchases & Karma Coins
MendMemory is free to play. Optional in-app purchases allow you to buy Karma Coins, which can be used for hints and other in-game features.
- All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds for Karma Coins once purchased, except where required by law
- Karma Coins have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash
- Coins are tied to your account and will be lost if your account is deleted or terminated
- Prices are displayed in USD and may change at any time with reasonable notice
5. Intellectual Property
All content on MendMemory — including games, puzzles, graphics, text, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to MendMemory and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
6. Health Disclaimers
MendMemory is designed for entertainment and general cognitive wellness. It is not a medical deviceand is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or any other cognitive disorder.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your cognitive health. MendMemory does not provide medical advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
MendMemory is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MendMemory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or loss of Karma Coins due to technical issues.
8. Third-Party Services
MendMemory may include links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using MendMemory at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us at mendmemory@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if these terms are violated, with or without notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MendMemory will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
